Dr.
Peter D'Aloia graduated from the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry
in 1978 and subsequently completed post-graduate training in a dental general
practice residency at the University of Illinois Hospital. In this, he received advanced training in
general dentistry and did rotations through the departments of oral surgery,
internal medicine, anesthesia, and the TMJ clinic. Upon completion of this residency program, Dr. D'Aloia became
head of the Department of Stomatology at Franklin Boulevard Community Hospital
where his practice consisted of providing dental care to disabled patients
affiliated with the Easter Seals Society of Metropolitan Chicago and to the
local community in both an inpatient and outpatient setting for over 12
years. He was on the staff of the
University of Illinois Hospital where he was a clinical attending and an
instructor in the Dental General Practice Program of the Department of Oral
Surgery for seven years. Dr. D'Aloia has maintained a private practice in general dentistry since 1980 and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. He was also a member of the Mediation Committee of the Chicago Dental Society, West Side Branch. His general practice consists primarily of family and restorative dentistry, including cosmetic dentistry and implants. Dr. D'Aloia has taken numerous hours of continuing education in order to remain current with the latest advancements in dentistry to ensure that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. |
